Asset Finance Jargon Soft Assets

If you have picked up a certain rural magazine in the last couple of months, you may have spotted a familiar face on one of the pages.

In September we launched our very first Dealer Net Finance in the specialist agricultural advertising magazine, Agrimart.

Agrimart is a free monthly magazine mailed out to over 7000 farmers and agricultural businesses from the north of Scotland down to Yorkshire.

The magazine also runs a digital version; you can find the latest copy here. (Pop to page 7 to check out our ad!)

Autumn came upon us throughout October, with the colder weather setting in, this hasn’t stopped our clients from working away and getting things in place for 2020, although the Rugby World Cup may have put a halt to some clients work for an hour or two throughout the month.

In October we have helped our clients access a range of funding for new & used assets as well as unsecured lending, to help their business growth continue.

Take a look at some of the financial agreements we arranged in October 2019:
New Amazone UX5201 Sprayer – Hire Purchase – £59,000-00
New Horsch Leeb 5LT – Hire Purchase – £79,500-00
Ex-Demo Horsch Terrano – Hire Purchase – £26,500-00
New Slurrykat Umbilical System – Hire Purchase – £46,000-00
New Horsch Pronto 4DC – Hire Purchase – £72,000-00
Used DAF XF510 Tractor Unit – Hire Purchase – £30,000-00
Used Land Rover Discovery – Hire Purchase – £30,000-00
Building – Loan – £24,000-00
Livestock – Loan – £51,500-00
Livestock – Loan – £11,000-00

In October we worked with a number of clients throughout the UK to put together a number of bespoke finance packages on large new pieces of agricultural equipment.

Also, in a common trend we have seen through 2019, we continued to arrange and take enquiries for customers looking at unsecured lending on loans for agricultural buildings they were looking to put up on their land. This loan facility has also been utilised by a couple of customers this month to help purchase livestock for their farms.
